One Nation one Poll, The Theory where the nationwide election will undergo at once. There is one or the other election is going throughout the country in some state Each year, The PolicyMaking of the one's in Power is affected by it at a Striking Rate. Where the politicians seem to be only working for winning the Election. The Debate is fueled by the Chief Election Commissioner by proposing this.

WHY

  • Continuous Election Throughout the year.
  • Leaders are engaged in participating elections which hampers the govt. efficiency.
  • People suffering due often Voting and political partied promotion (Ralley, roadJam )

PROS

  • Stability in government will increase 
  • Only one year will be gone for elections, giving clear 4 years for work
  • EC cost of conducting election will reduce
  • less manpower will be lost (Teachers, govt. employees) who work in conducting the election process.

IMPLICATIONS

  • Possible confusion may be generated when voters are made to Vote for 2 elections at one time
  • Since Lok /Rajya Sabha elections are held on different issues clubbing them together can be challenging
  • Not clear what will happen in case of vacancy of seats(by-elections)
